How sure are you that the partner you find is the right / best one?

Do I need to have a patent before you will find me a partner? If not, how do you ensure that my idea
is protected?
No, you do not need to have filed a patent before we can find you a partner. Our Intermediaries have worked with clients right from the idea stage all the way to the commercialisation stage. We understand the need to protect ideas, especially those at the very early stage. At InnovationXchange, we employ a very strict confidentiality framework, and our unique step-wise process requires us to obtain consent from our clients before we speak with external parties. This is to ensure that the client’s idea is kept protected.

Do you look only for commercial collaborations? What about
research collaborations?
We do not only help our clients to look for commercial connections, but also to look for research collaborations – be it technological, IT, social or service related. It depends on the client’s intentions.
